The Document Scanning Bureau Ltd is a UK document production centre providing secure, confidential document scanning and associated services to companies throughout the UK.

We operate from a secure gated facility with onsite security and CCTV.

We use the very latest document scanning equipment, specialist software and programming to produce the highest of quality images for our customers.

No project is too small or too large. We scan and process documents for UK companies of all sizes. We have a strong reputation for quality imaging and the most cost efficient pricing in the UK.

Location

UK Document Production Centre strategically located next to the M1.

All documents are scanned at our secure UK Production Centre located in the centre of England, near Nottingham, with a second centre opening in the South of England. Our unique locations allow fast efficient movement of documents anywhere in the UK.

We utilise state of the art document scanning technology consistently upgraded to meet the latest developments.

We have same day maintenance contracts on our equipment to ensure our document scanning equipment is always operating reliably and at the highest quality levels.

As an IT company we always ensure we have the most up-to-date hardware and software to ensure our customers are gaining the very best features in document scanning technology.

Transporting your documents

As well as our own vehicles and traditional next-day courier services, we have a long standing partnership with a local courier company whose varied fleet of vehicles allows us to transport documents the same day, ensuring confidentiality and safety of documents at all times.

Example: Documents from London, Manchester etc can be collected by 9am, received & processed the same day at our UK production centre.
