Scanned accounts documents are accepted by HMR&C for records-keeping purposes. By converting your original documents to digital images, you can search and retrieve accounts documents without leaving your seat. The quality of the original document is preserved, meaning that lost or damaged documents are a thing of the past.
All scanned accounting documents are organised on the disk in the same hierarchy as the original filing method, and indexed on request to further aid image retrieval.
