Data Capture

CAPTURE, EXTRACT AND VALIDATE

Once a document has been scanned we perform a variety of sophisticated data capture and validation processes to convert and extract the data.

This involves our specialist OCR/OMR processes to accurately extract information. Our data capture capabilities are endless in our ability to capture the simplest of information such as a name or reference number, survey tickboxes or full document OCR.

 

Typical data capture involves the output to a database file for import. We output data to any format. The most common file outputs include:
