Once documents have been scanned and checked or have finished their document storage lifecycle we securely and cost effectively destroy all documents, folders and boxes.

This involves secure high volume document shredding. The paper is then pulped and recycled. A secure and environmentally friendly process.

For larger volumes with millions of documents we have a partnership with a local large UK specialist confidential waste company who bring larger equipment to our production centre.

Our boxes are feed into the machines directly under our supervision and signed off.

A certificate of destruction is provided as standard whether we destroy using our own in-house equipment or our partner company.
