Indexing can be taken from any part of a given record or document. Indexing is essential when dealing with legal records and in particular accounting data. Invoices, once scanned to pdf format, can be indexed with any information required – date, customer, invoice number, customer name etc. This allows the end user to search and sort by mulitple indexes.
Important records and data can be retrieved and shared, either internally or externally.
