Image Hosting
Our standard medium for digitally-captured documents is CD or DVD, depending on image storage requirements and client’s preference.
Additionally or alternatively, we can also host the scanned images on our secure servers. Usernames and passwords are provided to the client for access to their own storage area, where images can be retrieved via FTP. Multiple layers of access control can be provided, so that, for example, users can retrieve documents relevant only to their department.
