The Document Scanning Bureau has been selected to carry out the ongoing accounts scanning for a large organisation based in Kensington, London.

The project involves scanning the initial backlog of accounts records totalling 200 archive storage boxes containing 5 Lever arch ring binder folders in each.
The folders required specific sorting and filtering to remove unwanted data such as literature and till receipts. Once the backlog has been cleared the Document Scanning Bureau will carry out yearly collections and scanning to keep storage requirements and costs to a minimum.

:: New Premises

Expansion plans were brought forward when a larger building on the business park became available.
"When the opportunity presented itself we were delighted. The short distance of the relocation allowed for a seemless transfer of equipment and staff over a 4 week period. New equipment has been ordered to increase capacity to deal with our growing customer base".

:: Mailroom Expansion

Due to the increase in volumes in our mail processing services the Document Scanning Bureau has expanded its incoming mailroom and purchased new equipment to deal with the handling and opening of mail and packages.

:: Online Receipts Reporting

This is a service we have provided to our customers for some years and has now been expanded to provide real time barcode reporting. We provide our customers with online statistics in real time which allow our customers to securely monitor all of their receipts to the Document Scanning Bureau.
The online information is accurate and detailed to provide our customers with constant realtime tracking of all our incoming mail and deliveries.
